This is the site-wide privacy policy statement for North Valley Digital (NVDi). It contains information on our data collection practices. The home page of the web site discussed in this policy statement is located at http://www.nvdi.com. Data Collection With one exception (see below), we collect only standard web server access log data. This information contains no personally identifiable elements and is used primarily for the purpose of site administration. Feedback Form Data: This site contains a "Feedback Form." Information sent to us via this form is usually anonymous. However, users may optionally include their name and, if they require a reply, their email address when submitting site feedback comments and inquiries. When used in this fashion, sending information through the feedback form is equivalent to transmitting an email message. We do not retain any personally identifiable information associated with such messages beyond the period necessary to complete any related correspondence with the sender.
